Despatch With Free Delivery Insurance. The majority of orders will arrive within a few working days but please allow up to 28 days. Our delivery charge is for UK mainland only. Please refer to delivery cost information for other available destinations. Delivery takes place weekdays 7.00- 5.00. For failed deliveries please call the number on the delivery card to arrange re-delivery. Back ordered items: In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, our operators will advise the expected date of availability. Orders are normally despatched complete and only one charge is made per order.

Next Day delivery Surcharge:
Only applicable for telephone orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays and for delivery to UK mainland only. £5 surcharge.

Regretfully postage/delivery charges are not refunded. Please obtain a proof of postage, as Perfectly Happy People cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns. Nappies and related products are hygiene sensitive, unless faulty or unopened we are unable to accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Midwives and Clinic Packs.
Kushies nappies are the leading brand nappy and readily available in the marketplace and yet we find that mums ask their midwife first for advice. If you are a midwife or clinic and would like a demonstration nappy to show your classes, together with information leaflets on the various ranges of Kushies nappies we would happily send them to you. Just write in officially requesting a Clinic Pack. (We’re sorry we are unable to respond to telephone requests). We will send you a pack and ensure you have continued supplies of leaflets. We can also arrange for one of nappy agents to visit you for further information and often they are happy to do live demonstrations on the benefits of Kushies cloth nappies for Antenatal classes.

Gift Wrap Service.
Have all your gifts wrapped and tied with a pretty bow to make their arrival twice as delightful. Choose either a mixed gift box wrap (all your gifts in one box) for £5.00 or if you prefer we can individually wrap each item at £2.00 each. We can also offer a next day service (Surcharge £5.00) if you want the parcel to arrive the next day. Nothing is too much trouble.
